Returns

At INDOON, we take great care in curating unique vintage pieces that carry history, soul, and timeless character.
Each item has been hand-selected for its beauty, craftsmanship, and story — and often bears the marks of time that make it truly one-of-a-kind. These natural imperfections are not considered defects, but rather part of the item’s authentic charm.


Returns (Right of Withdrawal)

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To qualify for a return:

– The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
– It must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
– You must notify us of your intention to return by emailing hola@indoon.es within the 14-day period.


Refunds & Store Credit Options

Once we receive the item (or proof of its return shipment), we will process your refund within 14 days via the original payment method.

If you prefer, we’re happy to offer store credit for the full amount to use on a future purchase — just let us know your preference when initiating the return.


Return Shipping Costs

– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
– We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
– INDOON is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
– Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

As each piece is unique, we do not offer direct exchanges.
However, you are welcome to return your item (if it meets the conditions above) and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

– Customised or altered pieces
– Final sale or clearance items, clearly marked at the time of purchase


Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in preparing and shipping your order.
If your item arrives damaged or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hola@indoon.es, including clear photos of the issue.

In these cases, we will offer:

– A replacement (if available),
– Or a full refund (including shipping),
– And we will cover all return costs.
