These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from us.
By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Company Information

INDOON is a registered business based in Mallorca, Spain.
We specialise in sourcing and selling vintage and unique furniture pieces.

2. Products

All items listed for sale are either vintage, handmade or one-of-a-kind.
We aim to describe each piece accurately, including dimensions, materials and condition.

Due to the nature of vintage items, signs of age and wear are part of their character and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
Delivery costs are calculated separately, based on delivery address and item size.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation within 24 hours.
Orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

5. Delivery

– We offer direct delivery within Mallorca. Pricing is based on distance and item size.
– Deliveries typically occur within 1–2 working days from order confirmation.
– For other Balearic Islands, we coordinate delivery through trusted third-party providers (our preferred partner is DHL).
– Delivery quotes will be provided within 24 hours.
– Customers are responsible for accurate delivery information and for ensuring access to the delivery location, especially for large or heavy items.

6. Returns

– You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
– Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
– Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

7. Refunds

– Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
– Partial refunds may apply if the item is returned in a different condition.
– Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, product descriptions and logos — is the property of INDOON.
No part may be used or reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure a smooth ordering and delivery experience, INDOON shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mallorca.
