Vintage Teak Wooden Dholak / Planter

Once the heart of celebratory rhythms across India, these vintage Dholaks (hand drums) were handcrafted in teak wood. Their history speaks of countless weddings, festivals and village gatherings.

Now reimagined as a decorative vessel it adds depth and a rich history and story to any interior space. Each Dholak features unique ridges, faded detail and traces of original paintwork - from faded turquoise and mustard to earthy reds and natural wood tones - each one has its own unique finish making no two alike. Coloration and size will vary.
